When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the contents of your order. Our payment processor handles your card details directly — we never see or store the full card number.

Why we collect it

To take payment, pack and ship your order, deal with returns, and answer your questions. We also keep order records because tax law requires it.

Who we share it with

Our shipping carriers, our payment processor, and nobody else. We do not sell customer data and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep your cart working and remember you between pages. There are no advertising cookies on this site.

How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, as required. Anything else, until you ask us to delete it.
