These terms govern your use of fortfunships.store and any order placed through it. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price is listed in error, we may decline the order and refund you in full.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is accepted.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store card details on our servers.

Descriptions

We describe our goods as accurately as we can. Hand-finished items vary slightly in colour and patina, and unlacquered copper and brass are intended to age.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
